POWER
Power is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movements performed at a low intensity.
With a smaller number in the class (8), our coaches can incorporate heavier weights in a safe and controlled environment.
CIRCUS
Circus is short, intense bursts of aerobic exercise and typically comes in the form of circuit training.
This class incorporates EMOM, Tabata style training with short rest times and true to it's name, is pretty crazy.
PERFORMANCE+
Performance+ is a session for the athlete aged 17+ wanting to train at the next level.
While not for everyone, this session is high intensity training with complex lifts (power cleans, snatch, push press etc.) and everyone’s fav, running/sprints.
BOXFIT
BOXFIT is a non-contact boxing-based workout that includes drills, abdominal exercises and high intensity.
Incorporating body weight exercises, this is a full body workout engaging the upper and lower body.
AMPED
Amped is a NPP specialty and not something you can plan for; this AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) will include a mix of body weight and free weights.
It's guaranteed to get you fired up, burning cals and ready for the day!
WOMENs/MUMs
Mum’s & Bub’s is personalised coaching in a semi-private environment. It's appropriate for all stages of pregnancy/post-natal and offers something for every fitness level.
It's a family environment where you are encouraged to bring bub/s along with you.
YOUTH
is a strength and conditioning session for 11-18 year olds, aimed to assist youth with learning to lift weights safely.
It's made up of functional movements performed at a low intensity.
With a smaller number in the class (10), our coaches can incorporate weights in a safe and controlled environment.
